KDG Management believes in Human Capital, Providing Cost-Effective Staffing Solutions for Property Management & Tax/Accounting Businesses.

We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support while working remotely and willing to work US hours (MST) with Accounting & Bookkeeping Background. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Requirements:
> Accounting Major
> Has experience in Bookkeeping
> Knowledgeable in Property Management & Real Estate
> Familiar w/ Escapia - a property management software (PMS)
> Expert with Microsoft and G-Suite Tools
> Proficient in English (writing & reading)

Responsibilities:
1. COMMUNICATION: Sending an email communications & follow-ups
2. BILLING & CROSS REFERENCING & RECONCILIATION: entering billing amounts into PMS and cross reference data
3. DATA ENTRY & BILLING: PURCHASE RECEIPTS & INVOICES - Code receipts/invoices, Record in expense journal, File receipts for expenses, Bill correct owner
5. MONTH END CLOSING - reconcile & cross-reference expenses
