Graphic & Web Designer (Wordpress / Divi)

Hello!

We are a Chicago based Web & Graphic Design firm with many clients and we're looking for some help!

We need a part time (4 hrs a day) Graphic & Web Designer with a strong portfolio. They must be great at both and able to design websites with Divi

The right candidate should be well versed in:
- Print design - brochures, letterhead, etc.
- Adobe Illustrator (90% of our print is done with this)
- Logo Design
- WordPress - specifically Divi template
- Landing page design


As a bonus if these apply, it will definitely be looked favorably:

- A self starter - able to work without much direction and find tasks to do each day (of course we will help there!)
- be available at night in case we need to go over quick things - hours may be broken up, but the longer you can be available during Chicago business hours, the better as sometimes urgent things come up.
- Outgoing and friendly personality - we are a friendly group!
- Detailed orientated - minimal spelling & grammar mistakes. I NEED someone who makes it their mission to never have a mistake.

Lastly a few things more:

- We have both a US team and PH team. We meet over video chat occasionally to go over tasks. We also use gchat a lot during the day so if you are shy this may not be your cup of tea. :)
- Pay is twice a month (1st and 3rd Fridays)
- We use Dropbox to save all design files
- We use Timeproof and google sheets to track time. Timeproof is for us and google sheets is for turning in billable time to our clients.
- We expect honesty! If you are working another job let us know - we’re cool with you adding us as a “client” of yours as long as you do the work and are flexible!
- The job will start as a 30 day paid trial so we can both get a good feel for each other
