Bookkeeper

Looking for an all-around VA who can act as a QA and data analyst for a software project for a digital product studio. This is not a software development job and will not require any coding.

We are a digital product studio seeking a talented and experienced Virtual Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Bookkeeper, you will work remotely from your home office in the Philippines and be responsible for managing our company's bookkeeping activities.

Responsibilities:
-Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
-Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
-Assist with administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and other ad-hoc requests as needed.

What we are looking for?
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a virtual setting.
-Experience with bookkeeping software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave.
-Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
-Comfortable working in a remote setting and using virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Slack.

Requirements
-Previous experience with a similar position
-Living in a quiet environment with minimal background noise where you can regularly be available to answer the phone
-Wired internet connection with at least 5MBPS speed
-Willing to have face to face video meetings for training and ongoing meetings daily
