Job Description:
We're on the hunt for a talented and innovative Youtube Guru to join our team as a YouTube Ad Video Creator. In this position, you'll be responsible for producing engaging and captivating videos ranging from 1-3 minutes long using provided scripts, Voiceover Audio software, and stock footage. We're looking for someone who can work between 9 am and 5 pm UK time.
As we're an affiliate marketing business, we need someone who understands consumer psychology, split tests, and marketing fundamentals. You should be able to create 3-5 second ad hooks that will grab our audience's attention.
Key responsibilities include:
Researching competitor videos
Developing new hooks and opening scenes to improve ad performance
Using emotive stock footage to create impactful video scenes
Making suggestions for script changes to enhance performance
We aim to produce at least 9 videos per week, each approximately 2 minutes in length, with an emphasis on high-quality and attention-grabbing content.
