Bitrix 24 Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Bitrix24 Expert to join our team. The Bitrix24 Expert will be responsible for configuring and customizing the Bitrix24 platform to meet the specific needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Bitrix24's features and functionality and be able to provide technical support and guidance to our team members. The Bitrix24 Expert will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the Bitrix24 platform is optimized for our business processes.
Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Bitrix24 to meet the organization's specific needs
Provide technical support and guidance to team members using Bitrix24
Collaborate with various teams to ensure the Bitrix24 platform is optimized for business processes
Develop and maintain documentation on Bitrix24 configurations and processes
Stay up-to-date with new Bitrix24 features and functionality
Provide training to team members on Bitrix24 usage and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong experience in configuring and customizing Bitrix24
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
