Company Focus
We're an exciting, fast-paced New Zealand based company that owns multiple international brands. We specialise in selling on Amazon marketplaces as well as our own websites and have won numerous design and industry awards.

General Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for our new business and existing project workflows. The role involves a lot of internet research to seek the most efficient ways of conducting our business, whether it be seeking the best software solutions, the best companies to partner with or the best ways to enter new international markets, for example. You will be working as part of a larger supply chain team.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Project Management (New Products & New Market Entry)
• Understanding the project priorities and maintaining a dashboard of open items
• Capturing information and recognising deliverables as well as their anticipated completion dates
• Plan and direct the project workflow, ensuring information is clearly communicated to all involved
• Identify and mitigate any risks by escalating to internal stakeholders with enough notice to find alternative solutions
• Manage files, saving them to the correct folder structure
• Maintaining good relationships with all departments, partners and vendors
• To consistently analyse our operating structure and seek more streamlined and effective ways of working

Procurement
• Purchasing raw goods from suppliers as per forecast or as and when needed
• Capturing of information and disseminating across multiple digital platforms
• Stock movement and paperwork

Production:
• Forecasting, then develop a production & 3PL replenishment plan.
• Initiating production runs with co-packers and documenting requirements needed, including labelling, packaging, and job specifications
• Liaising with vendors such as printers and packaging suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained and placing orders where needed
• Inventory management
• Paperwork and cost management


Freight:
• Owning the end-to-end food chain process from supplier, to packer, to warehouse (domestic and international)
• Raising domestic and international shipments and all associated paperwork
• Monitoring stock movements between multiple international warehouses and freight carriers
• Escalating any and all freight issues and acting as POC until resolved

Analysis:
• Reconciling all paperwork and invoices from suppliers and vendors
• Researching alternative vendors who may be able to offer an improved service or cost-efficient solutions.
• Provide ROI, gross margin and value chain analysis.

Office Support:
• Prove general office administrative support.
• Prepare and coordinate export and logistic paperwork.

The successful candidate MUST have:
Experience working with Amazon marketplaces

Working Conditions
This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. There may be a requirement to work similar hours to New Zealand Standard Time (NZST) 09:00-17:00.

You will be a required to spend a portion of the day in face to face video conference meetings with our internal team and external stakeholders.
