We are an awesome, fun, cool new startup located in Oakland, California (but you can work from anywhere) ! Our mission is to offer entrepreneurs, new businesses, and anybody interested a one-stop shop for online course creation so that they can expand their reach and share their expertise, all while making passive income.

Now, as you can probably guess, that means there are a lot of moving parts to our machine. That is where you step in.

We are looking for a talented Content Coordinator. Experience is preferable but not necessary - the right person will be trained!

You will be responsible for organizing, setting up, and developing digital products for production clients and internal courses.

As a Content Coordinator, we expect you to be tech-savvy and able to quickly pick up how to use all kinds of platforms and software. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to speak with clients and provide different recommendations and options for their final course product.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn from our founder and other team players. We will constantly invest in your development so that you can be the best at what you do.


Responsibilities
• Follow instructions from both internal tea ---------- mbers and clients
• Organize, set up and make minor customizations to course backends through the Kajabi platform and GoHighLevel
• Provide recommendations and suggestions to clients
• Delegate any client-specific task to complete course backend setup
• Communicate and update client and internal tea ---------- mbers on course-related items
• Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure completion of client product setup
• Build simple landing pages and funnels
• Design course assets such as product/module/thumbnail images etc.

• Willingness to wear multiple hats if necessary
