We are seeking a Facebook Ads Expert to develop, manage, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns for our sports recovery brand. As the Facebook Ads Expert, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement campaign strategies, identify target audiences, manage ad accounts, analyze data, and provide regular reports on results and recommendations for optimization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Facebook advertising, with a strong track record of driving results, as well as a passion for sports and recovery.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns to increase website traffic, lead generation and sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies and identify target audiences
- Manage Facebook ad accounts, including creating and optimizing ad campaigns, monitoring budgets, and adjusting bids to ensure maximum ROI
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on results and recommendations for optimization
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising, and incorporate them into our campaigns
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Work with the marketing team to ensure all campaigns align with the brand's style guide and tone of voice

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Facebook advertising
- Demonstrated experience managing Facebook ad accounts and campaigns, with a strong track record of driving results
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook advertising platform and tools
- Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and providing insights to optimize campaigns
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about sports and recovery
