We are looking for a Graphic Designer/Landing Page Builder to join our growing global team for full-time employment.

Skill Level: Intermediate-Advanced
Skill Concentration: Graphic Design / UI / UX

Your responsibilities will include:
-Create landing pages in Unbounce (or other dedicated landing page platform) that convert visitors into leads
-Create display ads for use in Google Ads (or other display networks) that convert visitors into buyers
-Work collaboratively with the Paid Search Team to understand individual campaign and conversion goals
-Create compelling copy, messaging, and visual assets based on direction from the Paid Search Specialist, Digital Marketing Director and/or Creative Director
-Utilize (A/B) testing, heatmaps, scrollmaps, and more to test different versions of landing pages, CRO is another aspect of this position
-Deliver high quality landing pages that are effective, scalable, and easy to maintain
-Research, implement, and drive innovative landing page conversion tactics
-Establish and maintain knowledge pertaining to the latest landing page technology trends to further agency and client facing productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness
-Support fellow teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to reinforce best practices and optimize quality of landing page designs
-Participate in defining and promoting landing page design guidelines, best practices, and standards
-Manage multiple tasks with attention to details, deadlines, budgets and timelines
-Responsible for internal web design and marketing materials

Software Requirements:

2+ years experience building, optimizing, and managing landing pages
3+ years experience with Photoshop
*Optional 1+ years of building landing pages in Unbounce

-You have a proven record of managing multiple projects at once.
