Our business is focused on sales, marketing, and lead generation. We’re looking for a super talented, charismatic and persuasive individual to help us contact and qualify warm leads by phone. Your friends might describe you as being ambitious, positive, and determined.

What’s In It For You
1. Paid training for the first month at PHP20,000.
2. After training, monthly on target earnings including commissions range between PHP25,000 – 75,000+++.
3. High earning potential with uncapped commissions.


Your Key Tasks And Responsibilities
1. Call and qualify leads that we provide with a series of 10-15 questions.
2. Ensure adequate notes are recorded after each call.
3. Send daily and monthly reports.

Must Haves
1. Minimum 1 year prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or telemarketing. Preferably from the real estate or banking industry.
2. Speak, read, and write English at a proficient level.
3. Excellent communication skills, business etiquette, and responsiveness.
4. Proven ability to be persuasive and overcome objections.
5. Burning desire to succeed and earn bonuses.
6. Confident in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets. Preferably some experience in using CRMs, especially Salesforce.
7. Commit to a 40 hour work week between Tuesday to Saturday from 8am to 5pm including one hour for breaks.
8. Minimum Intel Core i5 system or equivalent.
9. Reliable wired internet connection and stable electricity.
