Job Title: Electrical Estimator

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and competitive estimates for electrical projects. You will be expected to analyze project specifications, drawings, and blueprints to determine the scope of work, materials, and labor required for each project.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret electrical project specifications, drawings, and blueprints to determine the scope of work, materials, and labor required for each project
Analyze and understand project requirements, project schedules, and budgets
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project goals are met
Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, including labor, materials, and equipment
Obtain quotes and proposals from vendors and subcontractors
Review and analyze bid documents and contracts
Work closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including estimates, contracts, and change orders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components, and their installation processes
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical project specifications, drawings, and blueprints
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electrical estimating software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
