The Systems Analyst, under general supervision, is responsible for acting as a liaison between IT and business users on various business systems projects. A Systems Analyst must have a basic understanding of business systems and the technology that is used. //Essential Job Functions
• Lead client meetings to gather business requirements, documents, and analyzes customer requirements.
• Analyze current practice, operation, and procedures to ensure understanding, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
• Tests and verifies software releases, upgrades, and any changes prior to the promotion of code to the production environment.
• Generate and update appropriate documentation as per policy and
• Assist in business system administration tasks, documentation, and process improvement support.
• Responsible for coordination and documenting data conversions and module-to-module interface
• Collaborate with end users to design, implement, and support reporting solutions.
• Develop and test system configurations and customizations.
• Create technical documents, workflow diagrams to support project requirements.
• Reports to management on progress of the scheduling, implementation, and other activities pertinent to any assigned projects success.
• Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

• Demonstrated abilities in process and data analysis, data warehouse technologies and data tools.
• Excellent analytical ability, judgment, and problem analysis techniques.

• Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills.
