We are a New Orleans-based boutique web design agency seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Web Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in WordPress, Elementor, Divi, and OceanWP, with a strong focus on creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop custom WordPress websites, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience
• Collaborate with the project manager and other tea
• Optimize websites for mobile devices and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Implement effective SEO strategies and adhere to web design best practices
• Maintain and update existing websites, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to clients as needed
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions with the team and clients regularly, ensuring transparency and proactive problem-solving
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in WordPress web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in Elementor, Divi, and OceanWP, with a deep understanding of their features and capabilities
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in responsive web design
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A keen eye for design, user experience, and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work that aligns with client expectations
Bonus Skills (not required but a plus):
• Experience in web design for law firms, nonprofit organizations, or other niche industries
• Knowledge of other web design tools or platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow, or Squarespace
• Familiarity with web accessibility guidelines and best practices
