Detail-Oriented Purchasing and Financial Analyst

As a fully remote team, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing and Financial Analyst to join us on this exciting ---------- this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate purchasing forecasts and recommendations to optimize inventory levels, updating cash flow budgets, and streamlining monthly reconciliations by creating relevant reports and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain accurate and timely purchasing forecasts and recommend optimal inventory levels based on historical data and market trends.
- Update cash flow budgets and monitor expenses to ensure the company's financial targets are met.
- Analyze and compile data to create relevant reports and documents for monthly reconciliations, making them less time-consuming for the finance team.
- Prepare various financial scenarios to facilitate proactive decision-making and determine the need for additional inventory or resources.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of purchasing forecasting and financial budgeting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or purchasing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and other data analysis tools.
