Independent / No Training Provided - Product Sourcing & Shopify Virtual Assistant for Children's Boutique

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Virtual Assistant to manage our product sourcing and Shopify store for our children's boutique.

This position does not provide training, so the successful candidate must have experience in product sourcing and Shopify to excel in this role.

The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for sourcing unique, high-quality, and safe products, managing the Shopify store, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Execute on boutique owner’s ideas to conduct independent research to find new and trendy products for our children's boutique
Build and maintain a database of suppliers and keep track of their products and prices
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices and terms
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Manage, maintain and improve the Shopify store, including product listings, descriptions, and pricing
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotions and sales
Analyze sales data and provide reports on store performance
Keep up-to-date with Shopify updates and best practices and make recommendations for improvements to the store

Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and without training
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Shopify store management
Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of market trends, product innovations, and industry developments
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management skills
