Appointments Setters Needed For Growing Insurance Team

We are a small team that has been working remotely for over 5 years together and are looking for a few new members to join our close knit group. Currently, we are starting a new commercial insurance part of the company and we are looking to help build the foundation to this new team. The individual(s) who will be joining our team will be able to make a large impact and have the ability to learn new skills beyond calling to help further their career growth in the remote working world. New tea ---------- mbers will be mentored and trained to ensure they are successful in their new role.

Job Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of appointment setting experience
- 1 to 2 years in the insurance industry
- Strong command of the English language (oral/written)

Job Description:
- Nurturing relationships with business owners through email and phone.
- Discovering ways to protect business owners through insurance coverage
- Allocating effective time management techniques to meet monthly quota.
- 100 calls daily
- Working collaboratively with tea ---------- mbers.

- 9am to 5pm CST (Mon to Fri)

Job Compensation:
- $800 USD/month base + commission.
