JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Amazon Customer Support in our E-commerce agency who can help us with various tasks.

As an Amazon Customer Support you are responsible/not limited to the following tasks:

*Assist in answering Customer Service messages
*Responding to Youtube comments, Instagram & Facebook messages
*Submitting cases to Seller Support if needed
*Amazon Support Case follow up if needed
*Attend tea ---------- etings to check in with client and fellow tea ---------- mbers
*Communicate regularly with team and management using Slack and Telegram
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Qualifications:
Experience 3-5 years of working with Amazon private label brands is highly desirable
Experience with Zendesk & ---------- is a PLUS
Advanced proficiency in office management systems (MS Office Suite, Google apps) and procedures
Strong English communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Flexible with overlapping hours during CST time
