Bilingual Content Writer - Japanese or Korean Speakers

BILINGUAL CONTENT WRITER

Language requirement: Native Japanese or Native Korean with English
For non-natives: Near-native fluency or JLPT N1 or TOPIK-II Level 5 or 6.
Experience: at least 6 months of ANY writing experience (academic, creative, entertainment, translation & localization, etc.)
Notice period: immediate joiners preferred
Setup: Work from home / remote work
Shift: Monday - Friday, rotational (day shift)
Duration: 3 months contract (subject to extension)

Job description:
1. Re-writes Task
- Writers re-write and improve AI generated responses, adhering to specific persona, writing guidelines (factuality, creativity, style).
- These will be creative long-form outputs that could come in the form of emails, summaries, cover letters, blog posts, essays, short stories, etc.
- Writers would adhere to the provided guidelines around factuality, creativity, overall style, and markdown language.
- AHT for rewrites is ~10-20 mins including the research time to execute the task.

Skills Needed:
- At least 6 months of professional writing experience in the fields of translation, localization, technical writing, journalism, editorial, fiction, support, or academic writing, etc.
- Experience following a style guide and writing to a specific voice and tone is preferred.
- Ability to research and validate facts is a must.
- Experience in writing, rephrasing, curating, proofreading and managing content, validating content & facts, writing articles, short & long paragraphs.
