We are in need of a COLD CALLING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT TRAINER who can work with us FULL-TIME. If you are a ROCKSTAR in this field and consider yourself an "A-PLAYER", then you are a perfect fit!

JOB ROLE: Remote Services Training & Support: Cold Calling
POSITION: Full-Time, 9am to 5pm PST
PAY: $6.65/hr USD

JOB DESCRIPTION
Work alongside our Remote Services Managers in creating processes and training our team of virtual assistants to ensure success for our clients. Assist in management of employees and build out training sessions and modules for 1st day onboarding, and training in the following departments: Cold Calling & Skip-Tracing

You will be assisting our Virtual Assistant Operations department with the following:
- Onboarding new VAs
- Conducting and scheduling all training with VA for preparation for Client
- Creating process documents for VAs day-to-day tasks
- Administrative Tasks
- Performing re-training and coaching sessions if necessary


YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS TO APPLY
- Extremely Detail Oriented (we want someone who possesses a Hyper-Level of attention to detail)
- Great Communication Skills: Written & Oral
- Ability to perform tasks with MINIMAL supervision
- Can multi-task effectively
- Can think outside of the box
- Can build relationship with VAs/Clients
- EXCELLENT Management Skills
- Comfortable on video meetings with VAs/Clients
- Knows how to prioritize tasks and complete them with given deadlines
- Long term focused & committed to growing with company
- Understands the meaning of “Team” and operates accordingly with teammates
- Training experience
- Cold Calling experience
- Skip-tracing experience
- General Administrative experience
- Real Estate General Virtual Assistant experience


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable internet connection
- Back up power and internet
- Good webcam and good headset
- Presentable background for video calls with VA’s

BONUS POINTS
- Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry or startup experience
- Knowledge and experience with CRMs, Airtable, Notion, or G-Suite
