EBR Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our team. The Retail Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with retail stores, negotiating purchase orders on behalf of our clients, and ensuring the successful distribution of their products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail sales and management, a deep understanding of the retail landscape, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify appropriate retail stores for clients' products
Develop and maintain relationships with retail store buyers and decision-makers
Negotiate and secure purchase orders on behalf of clients, ensuring profitability for both parties
Coordinate with clients and retail stores to ensure smooth product delivery and merchandising
Monitor sales performance and adjust retail strategies as necessary
Work closely with the Sales Manager and the Founder/CEO to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in retail sales and management
Optional: Proven track record of negotiating and securing purchase orders in a retail setting
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (english)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
