Looking for an exciting opportunity to show off your creative marketing skills? We're a builders business in Perth, Western Australia seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us build our online presence!

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll work closely with our General Manager to generate ideas, execute campaigns, and create marketing plans that promote brand awareness and generate leads. We need someone who has experience with social media management, sales funnel marketing, and can create compelling content using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the General Manager to generate ideas and execute campaigns
- Manage our social media channels and create engaging content (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create and schedule social media posts that reflect our brand's tone and voice
- Work with our team to ensure content is aligned with our overall marketing strategy
- Use analytics tools to track and adjust strategy as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to create visual content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of scheduling tools for social media posts
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and analyze social media metrics
- Ability to think analytically and strategically
- Availability to work approximately 10 - 15 hours per week between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday - Perth, Western Australia local time
- Willingness to use Zoom Calls and WhatsApp as the main form of communication
- Must have their own laptop and good internet speed
