Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - SEO, Content Marketing, Linkbuilding & PPC

Job Type: Part-Time (Probation Period)

Location: Remote

We are a growing SEO, Content Marketing, Linkbuilding & PPC agency looking for a project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing client and team workloads, ensuring timely delivery of projects and achieving goals within budgets.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple client projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage communication with clients, including regular progress updates, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for upselling
- Manage a team of freelancers, including assigning tasks, monitoring work quality and ensuring deadlines are met
- Collaborate with our SEO, Content Marketing, Linkbuilding & PPC teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitor and report on project performance and take corrective action when necessary
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work closely with the team to implement changes
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for new strategies and tools

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in an SEO, Content Marketing, Linkbuilding & PPC agency
- Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, achieving goals within budgets and deadlines
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in managing teams of freelancers or employees
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello or Jira
- Knowledge of SEO, Content Marketing, Linkbuilding & PPC best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
