INTERNET WRITER / TRANSCRIBER ($1,000+/month)

Dear world-class Internet writer.

We are looking for an experienced English Internet writer to join our team and help our company's founder 10x his content output.

Your help is needed to bring more light to the world, by helping our founder delegate 100% of his email messages, newsletter campaigns, and even internal social media posts.

You simply will get voice delegations throughout the day via otter.ai and ---------- (both generate an imperfect transcript) that you will then turn into the final perfectly written version.

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Scribe**
- Transcribe voice messages into complete ready-to-send emails, newsletters, articles, social media posts.
- You will receive them via [otter.ai]( ---------- ) with AI generated (imperfect but helpful) transcript throughout the day

- **Own Email Inbox**
- Filter throughout the day email as it comes into 5 folder categories (only about 10 to 20 real emails per day currently)
- Reply to email following already created SOPs for handling typical email inquiries
- Reply to email that has no SOP assigned to it using best judgement
- Draft replies to those emails that you cannot reply for founder to review & send
- Implement audio instruction from founder to send final emails after his review

REQUIREMENTS

- Mastery of the English language in written form
- Extraordinary written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience writing and sending newsletters to audience of thousands a plus
- Tech savvy (comfortable with ChatGPT, ActiveCampaign, Gmail, Gcalendar, Zoom, Wordpress…)
- Experience working with SOPs and keeping them updated
- Bonus: Experience owning email inbox for a business leader or company founder
- Bonus: you like listening to podcasts, reading books, writing newsletters!

- Compensation range full-time: $1,000- $1,500 monthly (depending on experience and performance)
