Graphic Designer

Responsibilities
? Design engaging marketing materials for the brand, including emails, catalogs, look books, social media content, ads, packaging, and more
? Coordinate across the marketing, production, and sales teams to gather information necessary to complete graphic design projects
? Set up product pages and add visual content to our website via Shopify
? Develop deep understanding of the product line, our customers, and the brand as a whole
? Own creative assets from concept through execution
? Keep up with current design trends
? Ensure adherence to brand standards across all projects and deliverables
? Create and oversee print jobs with vendors
? Use sales performance and trend reports to inform decisions within marketing materials


Requirements
? 3-years graphic design experience
? Excellent creative skills
? Keen attention to detail
? High accuracy spelling and grammatical skills
? Excellent communication skills
? Strong team player
? A bachelor’s degree
? Professional Photoshop skills
? Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel
? Proven experience with lifestyle photography-based design layout
? High Proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
? Art direction experience

What will make you stand out as a candidate
? Video editing and/or animation experience
? Photography and/or photoshoot experience
? Web design/coding experience
? Familiarity with the Shopify platform
? Experience with social media content strategy
? Proficiency in Figma
? Experience using ad managers within Facebook, TikTok, Google, and/or other platforms
