Buink is seeking an executive administrator/operations manager/jack of all trades to be the supportive force that empowers our team. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. He/She will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to management. As an operations manager, you’ll directly contribute to the growth of the company by managing the Philippines office. You’ll also help provide a human touch to work that is largely remote. You’ll assist the CEO to source candidates, follow up on candidate and sales leads, and handle a wide range of administrative and support tasks. Some tasks will be monotonous, but others will be exciting and challenging.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information among the leadership team.
Follow up on sales leads with more information about Buink.
Work with HR to make sure the company is complying with employment laws.
Write job descriptions with the help of HR.
Post on job boards about open company positions.
Follow up with candidates to get more information.
Filter potential candidates for the hiring manager based on job
Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews.
Participate in interviews.
Perform background verifications on candidates.
Help the business stay in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Manage websites built on WordPress and Shopify.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the
Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database.
Requirements and qualifications:
Must be able to work during the US mountain time zone
Must live near Makati, Philippines.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with hiring laws in the Philippines (and be willing to learn about laws in Utah and Colorado).
Advanced computer and internet skills (spreadsheets, project management software, word processing software), with aptitude for learning new software skills.
Excellent reading comprehension skills with the ability to analyze and process information. Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively prevent information leaks and respond to inquiries, ability to keep company confidences.
Experience managing websites with WordPress or Shopify is a plus.
Problem solving ability to take business goals and translate into valuable solutions.
Experience in communicating with clients in various ways.
Strong time management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
Experiences developing internal processes and filing systems.
Excellent judge of character
