Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Job Title: Cold Caller / VA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Cold Caller. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our products and services, generate leads, and ultimately increase sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential customers and introduce our products and services
Develop and maintain a database of leads and track progress using a CRM system
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Follow up on leads and ensure a high level of customer service is provided
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Strong sales skills and ability to close deals
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
Prior experience in cold calling or sales is a plus
