Technical Support VA

We have an opportunity for a Technical Support VA for our email/SMS marketing business. All of your work will be done through a web browser, FTP client and Skype. Communication is exclusively done on Skype. You will be working directly with our Client Relations Manager. Our headquarters are located in San Diego, CA while our team is located globally. The ideal candidate in this position will be responsible to ensure that core competencies and tasks are accurately accomplished in accordance with established company procedures. Must be available between the hours of 7am - 2pm Pacific Standard Time; Monday through Friday.

Required Skills:
-Fluent English speaking and writing
-Computer & reliable internet
-Data analytics, strong excel skills
-Customer service experience
-Experience setting up lead campaigns/posting instructions
-Ability to use systems and processes correctly
