Dunzo is a fast growing marketing agency that serves small home service businesses (cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, painting etc.) and provides FB spend management, social media management, and automated client follow-up.

We are looking for someone to manage multiple accounts for our clients and grow into managing a team. We currently have 30+ clients and plan to double that by the end of the year. This person will be able to manage their work with little to no guidance. The ideal candidate will be able to bring a professional attitude on calls with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns to meet specific business objectives
- Manage ad spend and optimize campaigns for maximum CPL, CAC, ROAS
- Conduct research on target audiences, competition, and industry trends to inform ad targeting and creative strategies
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad copy and creative assets
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Facebook/Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Facebook/Meta advertising trends, best practices, and algorithm updates
- Collaborate with other teams, such as social media, content, and analytics, to ensure campaign integration and alignment with overall marketing goals

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Facebook advertising, with a proven track record of delivering results
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other Facebook advertising tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Experience with other advertising platforms, such as Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads, is a plus
- Experience with Home Service businesses is an extra plus!
