Experienced Youtube Video Editor

I am looking for an experienced professional video editor who is familiar with Youtube . Ideally someone who is currently working with other content creators and is familiar with this style of editing requiring a bunch of jumps cuts, etc.......

This expert should be able to take an unedited video (from a shared Google Drive Folder) and turn it into a polished video with jump cuts, zooms, text and b roll with little to no direction froUpgrade to see actual info.

These videos would range anywhere from 5-15 minutes
