Database miner needed! Can you sort through lots of info and find the gems?

I need someone to go through a database of book deals (found on Publishersmarketplace.com) to find certain types of deals. The info will need to be put into an Excel or Numbers database (whichever you prefer. Though my preference is Numbers...)

Here is an example of a what a listing looks like:

I have several searches that I need sorted this way. The first, test job, has 700 entries.
