Requirements:
- 1+ years experience as a hiring manager/hiring role
- Proficient in speaking and writing English
- Attention to detail required
- Submitted Resume
- Submitted Voice Recording

Responsibilities:
- Understand the needs of our clients and what they expect from the roles they are hiring us to fill
- Understand how to evaluate the qualifications, experience, and reliability of candidates
- Post detailed and accurate job descriptions
- Identify qualified candidates and schedule interviews with them
- Conduct interviews, take notes, and record them for company use
- Maintain a spreadsheet of candidates and database of resumes and skillsets
-Identify best suited candidates for the appropriate role to discuss for final evaluation
-Coordinate with staff supervisor for communicating with approved candidates
