Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Looking for someone with experience in doing real estate sales transaction coordination. Please only apply if you have experience with this. This is a United States brokerage. I am not posting the name because I want you to tell me which brokerage you have worked with previously and what programs/systems you used in affiliation with this. I need someone to take the job and teach ME how to do transaction coordination. This is NOT a job for someone with no experience. Excellent English skills and reliable internet are crucial.

This person must also have experience working customer service. The job will include real estate and also customer service activities. You must be able to multitask in a very high paced environment.

The hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday EST. Pay is $5/hour USD. I'm looking for someone who will stay for many many years. This is not a short time position and you will be well taken care of and well treated.

Please submit your resume'/CV and include all affiliated real estate brokerage sites that you have experience using. I also want an explanation on how you helped the previous company grow and sell real estate.
