We are looking for a highly motivated and highly organised Property Management Administrator who can help us in managing our properties and tenants.
Social Housing Group specialises in working with social housing providers in the UK to house those with specific requirements. Our mission is to help house 1,000,000 vulnerable people in the UK.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to help tenants with questions / issues they have
- Responding to tenant
- Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Updating and assigning tasks via our project management software (Asana)
- Daily rent reconciliations
- Chasing tenants for rental payments when required
- Actioning proactive and reactive property maintenance tasks
- Ensuring compliance certificates for all properties are up-to-date.
- Arranging inspections, maintenance works and ensuring they all completed in a timely manner
- Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Liaise with contractors and social housing providers to progress property deals

Experience using the following apps is preferred:
