JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities and Duties:

-Answering, Handling, and Returning calls & Texts.
-Observing & Documenting day to day operations & Processes
-Database Management
-Listing Management
-Weekly Client updates
-Email Management
-Calendar Management & Appointment preparations for our agents.
-Preparing agenda's & Presentations for Daily Kick-offs & weekly Meetings
-Daily logging/tracking of team K.P.I.'s (Key performance indicators)

-Must Be willing to attend virtual trainings provided by our ---------- pany Perks:
-Paid Bi-Weekly

Pay:
-Rate: $5-10/HR + Opportunity for bonuses
-Payment Method: Wise
-Payment Frequency: Bi-weekly

Qualifications:
-Home base work experience
-Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry required

Knowledge/Skills:
-Solid English written and verbal communication skills
-Able to meet and exceed goals/deadlines
-Excellent customer service phone skills and listening abilities
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Excellent time management skills
-Self motivated and able to self-manage
-Open to being held accountable as well as holding other tea ---------- mbers accountable to their goals as well.

Schedule and Work Hours:
-Monday-Friday
-US Time 8:30am - 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time

Who Are We Looking For?
The Happy Florida Homes Team is in searching of a high level executive administrative assistant that seeks professional growth through our team. The Executive Assistant's main objective will be to learn, document, and improve the way our team operates. Other responsibilities of The Executive Assistant will include answering phone calls, responding to/organizing emails, and updating the agent calendar. This role may also include some social media marketing.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, driven, proactive and resourceful. This individual will assist with creating, implementing, and successfully running systems and processes designed to increase our customer satisfaction, profitability and lighten the agents' workload. Highly efficient time management skills are a must for this position as some tasks will be time-sensitive.
