JOB OVERVIEW

As a Google Ads Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and managing paid Lead Generation ad campaigns on the world’s most popular search platform. A Google Ads Specialist is expected to have a base knowledge of traditional and ”new age” marketing practices. The ideal candidate will create compelling, Dental Industry focused, conversion driven ads, with an ongoing curiosity on how to optimize existing campaigns for optimal performance. This candidate will also be willing to adapt to the ongoing dynamic digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Perform weekly audits of your designated accounts
Apply and monitor Split testing for ad copies
Maintain a well-versed understanding of industry trends and research industry related media
Monitor all active ad campaigns to ensure they meet KPI requirements
Drive leads and conversions for our clients
Manage ad spend as determined by the client
Track and analyze the data for each individual campaign, and the campaigns against each other
Quantifiable growth of the business through marketing efforts

Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience using Google Ads
Working knowledge or the US Dental industry
A marketing mindset to be able to review and suggest improvements to our targeting, headlines, and marketing copy
Ability to communicate effectively
Access to a high-speed internet connection
Good time management and organization skills as a remote worker
Committed to ongoing education and training to stay on top of the Google Ads platform, rules, regulations, strategies, and updates for proper ad execution, implementation & client success
YouTube Ads experience is a big plus!
