Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

At least 1-year experience in telemarketing, customer service and sales

Experience in cold calling for a real estate company



Full Job Description:

This position will consist of calling new prospects/leads (homeowners), booking an appointment with them if possible and following up with them when needed. It will involve a substantial amount of time talking with homeowners over the phone. We are in search of someone who is comfortable over the phone and is a team player.



Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred

Well organized with excellent time management skills.



System Requirements:

Desktop/Laptop (at least i3 or ryzen 3, 8GB RAM and up), secondary monitor

Stable wired connection with at least 75mbps

US Type noise-cancelling headset

Quiet home office



Key responsibilities:

Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day

Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.

Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions

Work with our Sales Team to set appointments and manage incoming leads.
