Video Content and Graphic Designer

Peak Support is customer service and business process outsourcing company. We are seeking a full-time designer from the Philippines to develop beautiful and engaging logos, web banners, web pages, emails, and marketing materials. To be successful in this role, you need to be highly creative, passionate about design, open to feedback, and proficient with the Adobe ---------- short, this is an amazing opportunity for a talented designer to join a full-time team in an impactful role. You will be working with tea ---------- mbers based in the United States too, so strong communication skills, schedule flexibility, and the ability to meet and work during U.S daytime hours are required. Peak Support manages customer service and back-office teams for high-growth companies. Founded in 2015, we now have approximately 1700+ tea ---------- mbers in the Philippines and the U.S.

Overview:

The Video Content & Graphic Designer tea ---------- mber will be responsible for creating graphic and video assets based on defined criteria, ensure artwork produced meets the agreed standards for performance, timeliness, and accuracy, and follows client and website ---------- ndidate must have knowledge in Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects.

Responsibilities:

· Understand project requirements and concepts
· Use various techniques to create drafts and prototypes
· Produce final design solutions (e.g. videos, banners, interfaces)
· Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects
· Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to launch designs
· Use feedback from tea ---------- mbers, end-users, and surveys/panelists to improve work
· Create motion graphics and edit videos

Requirements:
· Experience with design software and graphics editing tools
· Familiarity with design techniques
· Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts)
· Excellent communication ability
· Teamwork skills
· A keen eye for detail
· Time management and multitasking abilities
· Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
· Security clearance required

Technical Requirements:
· Good computer setup with Chrome browser
· legitimate Windows 10 OS
· minimum of 8GB RAM
· minimum processor: Intel: i3 7th gen, Intel: i5 4th gen, AMD: A8 - 5000 series and higher, AMD Ryzen 3 series - 2200 G and higher
· Stable wired high-speed wired internet connection (at least 10-20Mbps)
· Install a centralized device management software (company provided) to your computer for account security purposes
· A stable power supply in your area
· Noise cancellation headset
· Skype account
