JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide customer support and administrative support to our team while working remotely. The job is for 40 hours per week and they are to be completed between 9am-5pm (UK time), 5 days a week - Friday to Tuesday.
Wednesdays and Thursdays are days off.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails/live chat, answering customer phone calls and processing orders using Shopify. For this role, a strong internet connection is required, along with previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills.

You will also be required to complete various administrative roles where required. These roles include collecting social media content, scheduling social media posts, working on blog posts and email campaigns.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality customer service under minimum supervision.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Answering live chat enquiries
- Answering customer phone calls
- Outbound customer service calls
- Respond to customer emails
- Order processing administration
- Facebook / Instagra ---------- ssenger monitoring
- Other administrative tasks where required to help run and grow the business


Requirements and hard skills:
- Over 5 years previous experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry
- Effective english communication, both written and spoken
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
