Experienced Graphic Designer

How. The Events Agency is a small events and live experiences agency based in Dubai. UAE.

We are looking to expand our team with a Creative Services Department, and are looking for full time tea ---------- mbers working remotely initially with the potential tial to relocate for the right candidate(s).

The role:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

Study design briefs and determine requirements, schedule projects and supoort the Creative Director in defining budget constraints.

You will conceptualize visuals based on requirements, prepare rough drafts and present ideas.

You will develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.

You should be able to confidently and collaboratively work with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs and test graphics across various media.

You will be able to constructively amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

You should (ideally) have:
Proven graphic designing experience.

A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).

A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work methodically and meet ---------- gree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
