Job Title: Email Marketer

Our e-commerce business is looking for an experienced Email Marketer to join our team. We are looking for a talented individual who has a passion for email marketing and is skilled in creating effective email campaigns that drive sales and engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the company’s marketing strategy
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates that align with the brand’s aesthetic
- Build and manage email lists to ensure that the right audience is receiving the right messages
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and calls-to-action to improve open and click-through rates
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
- Stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices and industry trends

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- At least 2 years of experience in email marketing
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- A passion for email marketing and a desire to constantly improve results
