Virtual Assistant for video editing company needed

We are a rapidly growing video editing company that is looking for someone who:
- is able to respond to clients, you would be the first point of contact.
- has access to high speed internet and can download large video files (50gb plus) and a device powerful enough to handle HD and 4K videos
- can review/organise client footage and be able to provide rough price quotes
- is comfortable with regular video calls with me
- can help us organise/assign our projects using some sort of project management tool (Asana, Trello, I'm happy to follow your lead on this)
- can manage our editors calendars and able to assist them as needed
- can review our editors completed work, see if any revisions are needed before delivering it to our clients
- can assign projects to our editors based on the editor's capabilities and client's needs
- can set up a system where I can track and see messages and correspondences with our clients
- can help me hire more capable editors to help manage the work load
- check emails
- can just help streamline the whole business and help automate systems so we can save time and effort.

- are creative and a problem solver, the business is growing and we're trying to figure it all out as we along. We need someone who is quick on their feet and can find solutions for themselves.
- can work from 5am/6am Sydney Time and weekends if needed.
