Homebased Appointment Setter (Rotating Shift) | w/ Paid Leave

The Opportunity:
This job is for an Outbound Phone Appointment Setter ONLY.

To be successful in this role:
- you have VERY good English speaking skills - high-order conversational skills (you will be assessed as part of this application & selection process)
- you have a proven track record (minimum of 3 years recent call experience) of success within a B2B or B2C sales BPO or private outbound client, or customer service team working with qualified leads
- you will report daily on call KPIs and accept call recording and accountability tracking as part of the role
- you are energetic and enthusiastic, have a mix of both sales and customer service skills, and experience
- you have very strong communication skills and attention to detail
- you MUST have reliable power and internet services
- Access to a QUIET workplace, with NO interruptions when working
- Use of a “Noise Cancelling” headset is mandatory/required

Duties associated with the role:
- Calling Perfect Future Customers from our Existing Database
- Scheduling Appointments
- Answering Inbound Call Enquiry
- Continued Training and Up-skilling

Technical Requirements:
- Laptop with at least an i3 Processor
- Very Stable Internet Connection
- Back-up Internet Connection
- Noise-Cancelling Headset with Microphone
