Bookkeeper (Xero) - for Hong Kong and Australian

Seeking a VERY SKILLED BOOKKEEPER who is familiar with XERO and Hong Kong and Australian accounting requirements for part time work.

We're seeking a long term, committed and hard working part time bookkeeper to help us with a change in direction and increase in workload.

Being a bookkeeper or accountant, we expect you will have an eye for detail, understand all the the accounting requirements for Australia and Hong Kong.
You should:
* Be efficient and attentive to details, being able to follow instructions very well.
* Have excellent communication and literacy skills in English.
* Keeping track of expenses, inputting the revenue and expense into Xero, weekly inputs of transactions.
* Produce bi-weekly and monthly reports for Australia and Hong Kong requirements.
* Provide clean monthly financial statements for reporting purposes.
* Provide profit/loss statements by platform and up-to-date balance sheets.
* Knowledgeable of Xero online and set up accounts.
* Reconciliations of the platform accounts.
* Balance sheet, and P&L setup.
* Cashflow management regularly monthly transfers between platform accounts.
* Highly organized and eye for detail.
* Bi-weekly video meetings to review transactions/answer questions and discuss upcoming transactions

THE ROLE;
Working with our CEO/CFO, you'll help us to create the accounts for all our financial requirements and ---------- 's a bonus if you have experience with Xero and Australian and Hong Kong accounting standards.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience in working in the countries, which you should include in the application.

We are an online publisher, and directory educating our readers about pregnancy, birth and parenting. Ideally you will have some experience with online businesses and the industry.
