Talent Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Talent Manager to join our new fashion media site/online magazine team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and managing talent across various departments, including editorial, video, design, and marketing. This position requires English communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the media industry and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify talent across various departments, including editorial, video, design, and marketing
- Build and maintain relationships with talent, agencies, and other industry professionals
- Manage talent contracts, negotiations, and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure talent alignment with business goals and objectives
- Manage talent schedules and assignments, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
- Monitor and report on talent performance and engagement, adjusting strategies as needed
- Develop and execute talent development and retention strategies
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in talent management and the media industry
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in English
- Experience in communications, media studies, or a related field
- Understanding of the media industry and talent management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with talent, agencies, and other industry professionals
- Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with talent scheduling and assignment management
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A passion for media and the creative industry

Salary and Work Schedule:
The salary for this position is 25,000 PHP, with the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.
The candidate must be willing to work graveyard shifts
