Experienced Facebook Ads Specialist

In search of an experienced Facebook Ads specialist to create Facebook Page Likes and Leads ads for a new food/recipe site. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of creating and running ads on Facebook.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and running effective advertising campaigns to increase page likes and email list sign up for a new Facebook Page with no followers (new Facebook Page for an established website).

You will primarily:
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad copy, and creatives
- Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI
