Lots of opportunity to make incredible money!

We are looking for someone self-motivated who has sales experience specifically in real estate wholesaling. Your job will be to follow up with leads (no cold-calling other than in training), that are possibly interested in receiving an offer on their property!

You must have the following:

-Sales/US real estate experience
-Reliable internet connection
-Headset
-Laptop
-GREAT ENGLISH
-Experience with podio
-Experience using zillow and comping deals

These are "nice to have"

-Experience with batchleads
-Experience with Smrtphone
-Experience talking to real estate agents

This is not an entry level role, and neither is the compensation. You will be compensated $5/hr + $100 per deal closed. We will be giving you anywhere between 10-20 leads a day to call + all the follow ups you will have in the system. You should easlily be able to make $700-$1000/mo.

We are only considering someone for 25+ hours a week with the ability to work up to 40-50 hours once we establish you are a good fit.

TRAINING IS NOT PAID, YOU MUST EARN YOUR SPOT HERE.

We will provide you with indepth training on what the sales process looks like and how to deeply qualify a seller lead that you will then pass off to the acquisition manager where they will build deeper rapport and close the deal getting you and all of the team paid.

Your metrics will be for every 8 hours worked, 100 calls, 180 mins of talk time, and 3 appointments set for the acquisition manager per DAY. (if you start off with less hours, of course it will be adjusted accordingly for your metrics to hit)

This job is not easy, but it pays well. You will get after 6 months with the company 3 days paid vacation. You will have all major PH/US holidays off (unpaid unfortunately).
