Customer Service Agent

Hello! We are a Norway-born, fast-growing E-commerce company looking to find the best CS Rep. We sell physical products both dropshipped and through local fulfillment. We are a small yet strong team scaling up and career opportunities are around the corner for the right candidates.

What we are looking for:

- 4 + years of experience as a customer service rep.
- Experience with Gorgias is a must- Experience in the dropshipping industry being evaluated with KPIs/ Metrics evaluation- Tickets replied, tickets closed, First - response time, Resolution time, Satisfaction
- Very Good English communication skills (Spoken/Written)

What you'll be doing:

-Respond in Gorgias to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner-Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
-This is a full-time position of 40hs per week.
