To be successful in this role, you should have:
Experience in project management and CRM
Advanced English language skills (both conversational and writing)
A background in fitness is preferred but not required
The ability to work full-time (40 hours+ per week) with flexible hours, including some US business hours for meetings as needed
A college degree (preferred but not required)
A distraction-free workspace with fast, stable internet and a backup internet connection
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask are a MUST
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
The ability to take the initiative and work independently, with a proactive and results-driven approach
Good practical experience with office management tools, especially Google Drive
The ability to follow instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering positive results

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Creating and managing project plans and objectives that are aligned with the company's strategic goals
Managing project deliverables and ensuring that they are completed on time.
You will be responsible for setting and meeting deadlines for the whole company.
Acting as the first point of contact for the company and handling correspondence with clients.
Coordinating meetings and schedules with clients, both virtual and in-person
Monitoring projects and documenting progress using project management tools
Managing CRM and filing systems, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and organized
Demonstrating strong customer service skills and being able to multitask effectively
Delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members as needed
Coming up with new ideas and initiatives to help grow the company and improve our services
Leading and managing a team of professionals, providing guidance and support as needed results
