We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Editor to spearhead our series of newsletters focused on entertaining and educating professionals in the US financial services industry. This is a full-time role with the primary responsibility of ensuring the daily publication (5-6 days a week) of high-quality, engaging content across three distinct brands.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a content strategy for our newsletters, in line with each brand's unique voice and audience
Collaborate with our team of writers and designers to produce daily issues with captivating headlines, well-researched articles, and compelling visuals
Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all newsletter content
Monitor and analyze newsletter performance metrics, and optimize content to maximize engagement, reach, and conversions
Stay current on industry trends and developments, incorporating relevant insights into our newsletters
Requirements:

Proven experience building and publishing successful newsletters, preferably within the financial services sector
Familiarity with brands such as the Dink, Milk Road, and others in the financial services space
Proficiency in newsletter tools like Beehiiv and other content management systems
Strong editorial, writing, and storytelling skills, with an ability to tailor content to different audiences and platforms
Adept at working under tight deadlines, with excellent time-management and prioritization skills
Passion for the financial services industry, with a commitment to delivering valuable and engaging content
