Graphic Designer + VA (Long-Term Position!)

INITIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design new graphics and images for blog articles & social media (~2-3 per day)
• Upload new articles & images to Wordpress (2-3 per week)
• Various marketing & customer support tasks, including social media posting, reply to customer emails, and proofread existing blog articles for grammar

CAREER ADVANCEMENT
• This is a full-time position from the start; no trial period
• If things go well, this role has lots of growth opportunities for career advancement!
• Potential areas this position could grow into (skill training included), depending on your interest: Google SEO strategy, social media management, project management, customer support

JOB TRAINING
• I take pride in providing EXCELLENT training for every task you take on; initial training for this role will include Image Design/Brand Guidelines, Social Media Posting, and Customer Emails
• Training will primarily be personalized video recordings that I make.
• I will also give you access to other training videos and written instructions.
• Live calls or chat will be last resort

HOURS, COMPENSATION, & BENEFITS
• Full-time position (40 hours per week). I'm looking for long-term worker who wants to be with me for awhile! I'm dedicated to your success!
• $800 USD/month
• Salary paid weekly for first 2 months (again, let's build mutual trust!); after that, paid every 2 weeks
• No weekend work
• Flexible daily hours; my only ask is you overlap with me each day form 4-5pm Pacific Time Zone in case we need to talk
• No time tracking (let's build mutual trust!)
• After 2 months with me, you'll qualify for as much paid time off as you need, including HOLIDAYS
• "13th month" included!
• I will provide excellent training for you in any task area you take on
